Do you have a minimum?
Yes. We will print orders as small as 12 shirts per design, per color. For example, if you have a design with 3 colors in it, we will need a minimum order of 36 pieces. Please keep in mind that screen printing is a service best fit for bulk orders because of the time required for setup and tear-down. If you only need 1-12 shirts, you might want to consider dye sumblimation.
Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors?
Yes. Different shirt colors can be used as long as the ink color remains the same. If the ink color needs to be changed, additional fees will be applied.
Can I mix shirt sizes?
Yes. You can order as many or as few of a size that you'd like. 2XL and 3XL shirts cost a few dollars more, depending on the brand and garment type.
What is your spoilage rate?
We strive for perfection on every order; However, due to the nature of this business, please allow up to a 3% spoilage rate. Keep in mind that it is never a bad idea to order a few extra shirts.
Do I need to pay for my order now?
For local clients, orders can be paid for upon completion, but we generally require a 50% deposit before we begin your order. Orders that require shipping out of state must be paid for in full before we start printing your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, certified checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
